De Het is an educational mobile application available for Android and iOS platforms. The App is designed to provide learning tools and experiences, available in two editions:

• Free Version – limited functionality for general use.
• Pro Version – extended features available by paid subscription.

Your access and use of the App are governed by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 13.

3. License to Use

• Logo Usage: No use of De Het's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
• Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our App. You agree to immediately remove all links to our App upon request.
