De Het ("the App") is developed and maintained by Pavel Yuruts ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms.

We use the privacy-friendly analytics service TelemetryDeck to analyze usage data. TelemetryDeck does not collect any personally identifiable information.

The data collected is completely anonymized and includes:

  • Anonymized, untraceable user IDs (hashed per installation)
  • App interactions (e.g., "app launched", "settings opened")
  • Device metadata (e.g., system version, app version, device type)
  • Rounded timestamps (to the nearest hour)

We do not collect IP addresses, and no persistent identifiers are used that could trace back to individuals.

1.2. Anonymized Identifiers

TelemetryDeck generates a unique, anonymous user identifier based on your device details. This identifier is hashed and cannot be reversed to identify you or your device. It is used solely to count unique users and session data without tracking you across other apps or websites.

1.3. Local Storage

The App uses SharedPreferences (local storage) to save data directly on your device, such as:

  • User preferences
  • Usage counters
  • Offline progress or settings

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

2. How We Use the Information

We use collected data for the following purposes:

  • To analyze app performance and improve stability
  • To enhance and personalize user experience
  • To understand usage trends and identify potential improvements
  • To fix crashes and bugs efficiently

We are committed to an ad-free experience. We do not display third-party advertisements, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties using the App.

3. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect or request any personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
